Not satisfied with your purchase? Here’s how to make a return.
- Non-damaged items are eligible for full refund, within 60 days of purchase. The customer must submit the original email order confirmation along with the refund request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- All Refunds are subject to a return-shipping fee of:
- Returns including the QuickSnap® Replaceable Cat Scratcher(s) (individually) and/or the QuickSnap® Replaceable Cat Scratcher(s) + any additional items: $8 flat return shipping fee
- Return including ONLY replacement pad(s): $3.50 flat return shipping fee
- If you would like a refund, please send us an email at email@example.com. Please attach 1) the original email order confirmation along with 2) which item(s) you are returning and 3) a brief reason for the return.
- We will email you a return shipping label. Please package the item(s) carefully and drop off with the assigned shipping provider.
- We will process the refund once we receive the returned product(s). You will receive a full refund to the same method of payment, minus the return shipping cost as specified above. Please allow ~2 business days from receipt of the return for processing of the refund.
