Placing an Order
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following methods of credit and debit card payment – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Discover.
When will I be charged?
Payment is charged immediately after security checks from your bank issuer and after Feline Innovations has been authorized.
How do I know my order has been placed successfully?
We will send you an order confirmation email on successful order completion on the site. This email will detail the order that you have placed and will give you an order reference number. We would advise you to keep this email for your records for any further inquiries you may have. Failure to provide us with an order reference number will result in a delay with your inquiry. Once your order has been accepted and shipped we will send you a confirmation email.
I did not receive a confirmation email
Please contact us at email@example.com if you do not receive an order confirmation email and we will make sure it is not a problem with our system. Order confirmation emails are generated and sent automatically once an order has been successfully completed. You may need to check your mailbox as it may be treating our emails as spam or junk mail and you should check your spam or junk mail folders to make sure they have not gone directly to this location.
How long will my order take to be processed?
Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping is generally an additional 3 – 5 business days.
My Cat Doesn't Use It!
What if my cat doesn't use it, or I would like to submit a return?
- Each cat behaves differently. As with most cat scratchers, some cats may begin using the QuickSnap® Cat Scratcher immediately, while others may ignore it completely! We recommend sprinkling a small amount of Catnip on the scratching surface of the cat scratcher for any hesitant cats! We have seen this often draws cats to the scratching device, and begins a long-love for ongoing scratching!
- If for any reason your cat does not like or enjoy the QuickSnap® Cat Scratcher, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will process a return for you. Returns are subject to a flat return shipping fee of $8 (for any returns involving the QuickSnap® Cat Scratcher) and $3.50 (for any returns involving only replacement scratching pads). Please see our Returns Page for instructions on how to submit a Return Request.
- Items must be in non-damaged condition to be eligible for return.
Shipping within the USA
- Shipping is a flat $5.99 shipping fee, for shipping within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is a flat $30 shipping fee. We collect sales tax for orders shipping to California or Virginia.
- Orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping to the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
Shipping to Canada
- Shipping to Canada is a flat $40 shipping fee (plus relevant taxes and customs fees).
- Orders to Canada are not eligible for the ‘free shipping’ promotion on orders over $100.
Shipping to other International Destinations (outside USA & Canada)
- Shipping to other International Destinations (outside the USA and Canada) is a flat $60 shipping fee (plus relevant taxes and customs fees).
- Orders outside the USA are not eligible for the ‘free shipping’ promotion on orders over $100.
